    What can I do through the online registration system?
    As a student you can do the following…
    Edit, View Profile
    View your Supervisor, Teachers and Friends
    View Marks, Exam results, Performance and Remarks
    Sent email to Faculty
    View any Announcement mails

    What browser does this site support?

    The online registration system supports the latest versions of Internet Explorer®, Firefox®, and Safari™ , Netscape Navigator browsers. If you access IHS site without meeting these requirements, some functionality may not perform optimally and/or may be disabled.

    What are the hours of operation for online registration and Online Login?

    At any time, it’s open for you round the clock.

    Is this site secure?

    We use a number of techniques to secure your visit with us. We authenticate you using the unique username and password provided, and which you should keep in strict confidence. If you stop using the site after a period of time (i.e., you step away), the system will close your connection. In addition, you can view your last login time in your home Page.

    I forgot my user password. What should I do?

    On the sign in page, under "Login," click the "Forgot password?" link. You will be asked to enter “GR No:” and submit. Your Password will mail to your Email address, which you provided during registration.

     
    I forgot my password during registration time and my register email address is not working. Can I have them e-mailed to me?

    Unless you forget the Email address also or the email address is not functioning, then mail a request to the administrator at the following Email address: online@ihsdubai.org , and proof your identity as a student in IHS Dubai and a valid Email address. Your new Password will mail to your new email address.

     
    Can I reset my password on the Web?

    Yes. After signing in, click the "Change Password” link on your home page and follow the instructions to change your password. Give the current password and provide the new password.

     
    Who owns the site?

    This is the Private property of Indian High School Dubai under the Supervision of Department of ICT, IHS Dubai

    What do I need to register online?

    GR No: and Password. (The temporary password is provided from School as Hard copy)
    You must create a profile and set up a password and valid Email Address.
    A valid contact no and Email address is important to complete your registration .
    Registrations typically take 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Take your time and read everything carefully. If you have any doubt, informs the ICT Department.

     
    Is there any fee for registering online?

    No, Nothing. It is absolutely free for IHS Students and Faculties.

     
    What if I when my Name and Profile details that I cant edit?

    Most of the fields you can change by using “Edit Profile”. Except GR.No, Name, Class/Division, DOB, Age, Nationality, Name of Father and Mother. If you found any wrong with this, you can mail the correction details to online@ihsdubai.org

     
    How is the Profile information that I submit used by the registration process? What is this for?

    Your personnel information is used to gather information for updating the school Database and used for further use and ensure the validity and fairness of the data.

     
    I was taken back to the Sign In page in the middle of my registration. Why?

    If you have not interacted with the IHS Online site for over 30 minutes, your session may expire and you will be taken back to the Sign In page.

     
    Will I receive any emails from my teachers and my friends?

    You will get periodic mails and announcements from your faculties and school authorities. No email will broadcast from your friends. So please keep in touch with the Email address which you given in the profile to get latest announcement and updates send.

    What is the next step I have to do, after getting the registration complete successful message?

    After successfully completion of registration, you can check your email for getting the new password. Come back to IHS website and log in using your own Gr No: and password.

     
    How long after I register online should I wait to call to confirm my registration has been received by IHS Online?

    There is no need to call to confirm your registration. Once you have completed an online registration and checked out, your information has been received at IHS and a confirmation email is sent to you.

     
    I spelled my last name incorrectly, or my name has changed. How do I correct this?

    Only misspellings of your name can be corrected. NAME CHANGES WILL NOT BE MADE. If your name has changed for any reason, you must still present primary identification in the name under which you registered in school admission documents.

     
    I get a Timeout error, Page Not Available or "error has occurred! Please report this to the IT Department. Thank you. "

    Please try to login again in a few minutes, or during an off-peak time. If you continue to have difficulty, please contact the ICT Department.

     
    If I live out-of-country, can I use Online Registration and logging?

    Yes, You can login from any country, any system (Laptop, Desktop), at any time.

     
    I’m getting the message “Your Login is blocked” Please contact the ICT Administrator.

    This is done by the administrative authorities, for any unobserved conduct found in your account. This is temporary and will unblock after the revelation of your request.

     
    Is the data provided to IHS Online is safe and privileged?

    Yes. All information obtained and stored through the use of IHS online by its students is confidential. It is not given to third parties.

     
    Can I have more than one username?

    No. Only one username (GR No :) is allowed per student. Same username is used for parents to login. No separate ID or password for parents.
